About the position

The Manager of Supply Planning at Light & Wonder is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain process, including supply and inventory planning, production capacity management, and ensuring supply continuity. This role involves creating analytical forecast models, resolving supply issues, and driving continuous improvement in procurement and planning processes. The manager will also develop tools to support strategic objectives and enhance forecast accuracy and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end supply chain processes including supply and inventory planning.
• Document and develop core supply planning processes and generate process flows.
• Create and maintain analytical forecast models using business intelligence.
• Analyze and model various demand/supply scenarios to resolve inventory issues.
• Develop and execute supply planning strategies to support revenue growth and minimize risks.
• Drive planning and process improvements to enhance supply planning functions.
• Identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans to secure supply levels.
• Monitor gaps between demand and supply plans and develop escalation processes.
• Interact with business and technical roles to create specifications and resolve issues.
• Develop tools for make/buy decisions and future modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience.
• 3-5 years of supply chain, business intelligence, forecasting, or planning experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning systems (Anaplan/Logility/Kinaxis).
• Excellent Excel and report development skills with large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate with finance, product development, and global supply chain partners.

Nice-to-haves

• APICS, CPIM or CPM certification preferred.
• Experience with new product introduction and inventory management practices.
