In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting and applying sustainability laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines as well as related voluntary disclosure frameworks. You will develop and establish a Sustainability Accounting Policy manual, which serves as the central repository of sustainability interpretations. Additionally, you will review and evaluate transactions and disclosures to ensure compliance with these policies. Acting in an advocacy capacity for Bank of America with standard setters, regulators, and industry groups/associations is also a key aspect of this position.
