About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager - CSCS is a pivotal role responsible for leading and executing recruitment strategies in support of Caliber's corporate headquarters. This position requires a deep understanding of the recruiting process, legal requirements, and the ability to manage a diverse range of position profiles, including specialized, technical, and leadership roles. The Talent Acquisition Manager will also oversee key programs that align with broader talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. This role is not only about filling positions but also about mentoring and training team members on recruitment-related topics, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices. In this role, the manager will develop and execute strategic recruiting plans by regularly communicating with talent acquisition and corporate leaders to review staffing strategies, provide recommendations, and understand the specific recruiting needs of the organization. The manager will serve as the primary interface for talent acquisition support to CSCS leadership, utilizing market knowledge to recommend innovative candidate attraction strategies. The position also involves tracking candidate progress, overseeing the offer process to ensure compliance with company policies, and providing insights to corporate leadership to enhance recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Manager will manage the Caliber Internship program, ensuring a high-value experience for interns while aligning with Caliber's business objectives. This includes coordinating internship recruiting strategies, managing relationships with third-party recruiting agencies, and driving effective utilization of recruitment partners. The role requires a proactive approach to special projects and a commitment to embodying Caliber's core values in all actions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans in collaboration with corporate leaders.
  • Provide primary Talent Acquisition interface to CSCS Leadership regarding TA support and delivery.
  • Utilize market knowledge to recommend non-traditional candidate attraction opportunities.
  • Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Track progress of candidates in the recruitment process and manage administrative details.
  • Oversee the offer process to ensure consistency and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide insights on recruitment strategies to corporate leadership for process adoption.
  • Manage candidate data in ATS and CRM systems, monitor metrics, and compile reports.
  • Assist in posting open positions internally and on job boards as needed.
  • Manage all aspects of the Caliber Internship program to enhance intern experience and employer brand.
  • Coordinate internship recruiting strategies and activities to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Serve as the TA point of contact for third-party recruiting agencies and contingent labor agreements.
  • Drive effective utilization of third-party recruitment partners to avoid unnecessary costs.
  • Support special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of Recruiting and/or HR experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems, preferably Workday and Phenom.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • 3 years of recruiting experience with specialized and technical skill sets.
  • Experience leading Talent Acquisition programs, such as internship programs and third-party recruiting partners.
  • Knowledge of various HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to translate data into strategic recruitment recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management.
  • Proactive in improving processes and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
