About the position

ERM is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition Enablement & Sourcing (Temporary) to enhance recruiting operations for a global consulting organization. This role focuses on optimizing talent acquisition processes and sourcing strategies, ensuring efficient hiring practices through operational expertise and recruiting acumen. The manager will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leadership team to identify gaps and develop innovative solutions, engaging stakeholders across the organization to align with strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment enablement and sourcing activities.
  • Coach and mentor the talent acquisition and sourcing team.
  • Partner with business and recruiting managers to implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy.
  • Create and curate talent pools for key North America audiences.
  • Build out talent insights and mapping strategies to support sourcing efforts.
  • Implement sourcing best practices and foster operational excellence.
  • Curate and run talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Collaborate with RPO vendors to drive adoption and delivery.
  • Enhance recruiting productivity through automation and process improvement.
  • Monitor brand presence across key talent-facing channels.
  • Advocate for tools and technology based on data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and coaching on recruiting best practices.
  • Partner with HR Ops for seamless systems integration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in professional services/consulting, preferably in environmental and sustainability industries.
  • 4+ years of team management experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience using data and metrics to shape sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
  • Expert knowledge of sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools.
  • Experience managing operational projects and implementing process improvements.
  • Program management skills including developing plans and gaining stakeholder buy-in.
  • Experience using recruiting analytics to influence strategy and interface with executives.
  • Proven experience coaching and training while managing open searches.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and reporting of KPI metrics.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in environmental engineering or technical disciplines.
  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing for recruitment.
