Vantage Data Centers is seeking a high-potential, meticulous, and dynamic Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead our executive search team. This role is pivotal in driving the full talent acquisition lifecycle for all Vice President (VP) and above hiring needs. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. The Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company's hiring plan, headcount planning, and data-driven reporting, with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion. This position will also focus on scaling the company culture and guiding the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers in achieving its mission and vision. The Manager will report to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition and will play a critical role in the development and execution of Vantage's executive search strategy. This includes leading all aspects of the executive search process, promoting the company's employer brand, leveraging technology for recruitment, and managing end-to-end talent acquisition practices. The role requires collaboration with various departments to understand business needs and improve global recruiting processes. Additionally, the Manager will coach and mentor team members in Talent Acquisition, driving improved partnerships and performance while aligning with Vantage's core values. This position can be remote based in North America, with some travel required across North America and Canada, expected to be less than 15%. Candidates located in Colorado or other Vantage locations are preferred to work in the office at least two days per week.
