The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager will be responsible for all processes, systems, vendors, and operational activities in Talent Acquisition (TA). This position will oversee functional requirements of inbound/outbound integrations (Workday, background check vendors, and assessment vendors) and system requirements focusing on the maximized use of technology and adjustments as needed to effectively manage the recruiting process via the use of technology. Support system upgrades, including functionality impact analysis, testing validation, and communication/end user training. Manage third-party Talent Acquisition partners and facilitate interactions on key performance indicators, service level agreements, and troubleshooting issues across the recruiting ecosystem. The TA subject matter expert for Compliance/Privacy ensures all TA standard operational procedure (SOP) documents are up-to-date and readily available for stakeholders. Responsible for the communication and adherence to TA compliance requirements on the part of the team and ensures focus on reporting, auditing, and escalation of any known issues. Focus on the maximization and organization of all onboarding activities and partner with the broader onboarding team in the successful completion of new hire activities. Updates SharePoint and other support sites used to organize and present help and process documents.

Responsibilities

  • Management and oversight of background coordinators and oversight of background and onboarding processes and vendor partnerships.
  • Oversight of annual vendor contracts and contract negotiations in partnership with procurement services.
  • Organization and development of internal training requirements for the team and adherence to process design.
  • Partner with the learning group to collaborate on orientation activities.
  • Work with HR Tech to partner on ATS process and system design.
  • Assist with responses to internal Ask HR database questions for TA.
  • Reporting updates and information to the TA team.
  • Point of contact for compliance, understanding local and national employment laws, and partnering with legal on any changes.
  • Oversight of rehire and VISA or Military rehiring.
  • Partner on project implementations with TA leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent working experience.
  • 1 year management/leadership experience.
  • 5 years' experience in human resources, HR tech or recruitment.
  • Creative problem solver with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of and experience with recruiting technology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Workday.
  • Experience with process improvement, documentation, and reporting within HR.
  • Background check management and oversight, and onboarding within HR/talent acquisition.
  • Experience managing vendor partnerships.
