The Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations will play a crucial role in optimizing, maintaining, and evolving our Talent Acquisition (TA) systems, tools, programs, and processes. This position is designed for a leader who can provide day-to-day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and other internal business partners, ultimately increasing operational efficiency and productivity within the TA function. In this role, the Manager will be responsible for equipping recruiters with effective tools to enhance the hiring process and track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas for improvement. The Manager will collaborate with various cross-functional partners, including HR Business Partners, Finance, HR Tech, HR Analytics, and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in our talent acquisition efforts. Additionally, this role will involve leading a small team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, helping to evolve their function and ensuring they are well-equipped to support the TA operations. Key focus areas for this position include evolving and driving TA analytics and reporting, managing Workday to ensure data quality, driving continuous improvement across TA systems and hiring processes, and enhancing the orientation and onboarding programs for new employees. The Manager will also own the relationship with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) for the Contingent Workforce Program, ensuring regular check-ins, feedback collection, and benchmarking against market trends and best practices. This role will report to the Sr. Director of Global Talent Acquisition and will require a strategic mindset to create relevant dashboards and reports for business needs, as well as maintain and deliver interview training programs to enhance interview quality and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to optimize, maintain, and evolve TA systems, tools, programs, and processes.
  • Provide day-to-day operational guidance and hands-on support to the Talent Acquisition Team and internal business partners.
  • Equip recruiters with effective tools to enhance the hiring process and track recruiting metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners including HRBPs, Finance, HR Tech, and others.
  • Lead a small team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators and help evolve their function.
  • Drive TA analytics and reporting, ensuring data quality in Workday.
  • Manage the orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Own the relationship with the Managed Service Provider for the Contingent Workforce Program.
  • Conduct monthly TA vendor check-ins to review success and value.
  • Partner with the Director of TA and Talent Development team to maintain and deliver interview training programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations with a focus on operational and performance metrics.
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams with direct impact on development and performance management.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience with training and change management.
  • Familiarity with Lean Startup, design thinking, and user-centered design.
