In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is crucial, and you will maintain clear and timely communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts, promoting Travere Therapeutics as a top employer of choice. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Additionally, you will track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies is a key responsibility, as is leading and managing recruitment-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS.
