We are looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition who will thrive in our collaborative and diverse environment. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, and industry events. Ensuring a positive candidate experience is paramount, and you will maintain clear and timely communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our employer branding efforts, promoting Travere Therapeutics as a top employer of choice. Building strong relationships with hiring managers is key, as you will need to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. You will also track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies is essential in all recruitment activities. Furthermore, you will lead and manage recruitment-related projects, including system implementations and process improvements to enhance the talent acquisition function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication with all candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance employer branding efforts and promote Travere Therapeutics as a top employer of choice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead and manage recruitment-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS.
