About the position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition & Retention at Quest Analytics is responsible for leading the recruitment and retention strategy across high-growth business areas within the healthcare software industry. This role focuses on developing innovative sourcing techniques, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and advancing diversity and inclusion efforts while managing a recruiting team that hires over 100 individuals annually. The position requires collaboration with key business leaders to understand talent needs and drive improvements in recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cutting-edge sourcing strategies to uncover and engage top software engineering talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify immediate and long-term staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Ensure a superior candidate journey by focusing on transparency, communication, and personalized service.
  • Drive initiatives to foster a diverse pipeline of talent and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Regularly analyze recruitment data to assess performance and propose actionable solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with HR and leadership teams to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members on sourcing and recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR on post-hire engagement and retention programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or Associate's degree plus 3 years of HR recruiting experience and certification in sourcing (PHR or SPHR).
  • 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with a strong focus on sourcing and screening at a Software company, preferably in Healthcare Software.
  • 1+ years of experience leading a talent acquisition team with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in IT technical recruiting, specifically for software engineering roles; experience with AI and data analytics recruitment is highly desirable.
  • Strong internet sourcing capabilities using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, GitHub, social media, and other platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI-based sourcing tools and recruitment technologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with experience in reporting and analytics; Lever experience is a plus.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty, AIRS, or other recognized sourcing certifications.
  • Current knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws, with an understanding of HR and compensation practices.
