About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Growth at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to meet the workforce needs of the organization. This role involves analyzing market trends, leading outreach programs, and enhancing employee retention and development. The manager will utilize metrics and data analysis to forecast hiring needs, drive branding efforts, and oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, while collaborating with various departments and evaluating new recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for talent acquisition.
  • Identify market trends and lead educational outreach programs.
  • Assist in employee retention and development initiatives.
  • Use metrics and data analysis to forecast hiring needs.
  • Drive branding efforts to position the organization as a premier employer.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Evaluate new recruitment technologies and tools.
  • Set KPIs and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Enhance professional growth through continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and six years of full-time experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Sourcing, or a related field; or an Associate's degree and eight years of full-time experience in a similar field.
  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role within talent acquisition.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics-driven recruitment strategies.

  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Background in healthcare recruitment.
