Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of full-time experience in Human Resources, Recruitment/Sourcing, or a related field; or an Associate's degree and eight (8) years of full-time experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a managerial or leadership role within talent acquisition.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using metrics to drive recruitment strategies.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies.
  • Background in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
