About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market will lead the talent acquisition efforts at the Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ. This role focuses on implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent that aligns with the company's culture and values. The manager will collaborate with function leaders and HR partners to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with broader HR initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors in day-to-day recruitment activities at the Store Support Office.
  • Provide training, coaching, and frequent feedback to Talent Acquisition Advisors.
  • Develop action plans and creative recruitment strategies for hard-to-fill or critical roles.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define sourcing strategies and target specific skill sets.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with passive candidates for future opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the candidate lifecycle.
  • Develop competitive job offers aligned to market data for specific roles.
  • Engage with hiring managers to understand their business needs and specific position requirements.
  • Conduct market research to understand talent trends and competitor landscape.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies are timely and cost-effective.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer service acumen and strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and action-oriented.
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills.
