About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition Systems at Visa serves as the Product Manager for various Talent Acquisition platforms, including the Applicant Tracking System and Candidate Relationship Management tool. This role is responsible for driving the product vision and strategy for Visa's core talent acquisition technology, collaborating with Talent Acquisition users and leaders to define a roadmap that meets business objectives. The position requires a deep understanding of recruiting processes, system implementations, and the ability to optimize technology solutions to enhance the talent acquisition experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as Product Manager for Talent Acquisition Systems, including ATS and CRM tools.
  • Drive product vision and strategy for talent acquisition technology.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition users to define technology roadmaps.
  • Partner with People Function and Technology teams to improve digital tools.
  • Manage system implementations, business process design, and vendor selection.
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and debug Workday recruitment processes.
  • Prioritize competing technology projects and create implementation roadmaps.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Lead the collection and documentation of functional business requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain Talent Acquisition reports and scorecards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2 years with an Advanced Degree.
  • 3+ years' experience in TA/People systems solution and operational process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in Workday Recruiting and advanced configuration.
  • Experience implementing global Applicant Tracking Systems and related technologies.
  • Strong project leadership skills within complex organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • 6+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 years with an Advanced Degree.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Agile planning and execution experience.
  • Workday Recruiting Pro Certified.
  • Experience with additional TA/HR technologies like iCIMS and Service Now.
