About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition at HCSC is responsible for providing strategic and tactical recruiting support for the company's technology talent needs. This role serves as the primary contact for internal clients and collaborates with senior management across various divisions to develop and implement hiring strategies. The position involves overseeing a team of technical recruiters, focusing on customer satisfaction and quality of hire, while ensuring effective networking and candidate pipeline development.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for technology talent needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal clients and senior management.
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies in collaboration with various divisions.
  • Provide management oversight and direction for a team of technical recruiters.
  • Network, source, and build a pipeline of candidates for various positions.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and quality of hire.
  • Consult with internal clients to understand their hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Project management experience at a corporate level.
  • Negotiation skills, including vendor agreement experience.
  • Exhibited analytical and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with direct people management including hiring and performance management.
  • 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting for technology talent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and/or other HRIS systems.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters with varying levels of experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and internal policies affecting HR information.
