About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for HCSC's Technology divisions, ensuring a strategic approach to sourcing and hiring top talent. This role involves collaborating with senior management to develop and execute hiring strategies while overseeing a team of technical recruiters. The focus is on delivering high-quality hires and maintaining strong customer satisfaction throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's Technology talent needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal clients and collaborate with senior management across various divisions.
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide management oversight and direction for a team of technical recruiters.
  • Network, source, and build a pipeline of candidates for various positions.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and quality of hire.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Project management experience at a corporate level.
  • Strong negotiation skills, including vendor agreement experience.
  • Exhibited analytical and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with direct people management including hiring and performance management.
  • 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience for technology talent.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and/or other HRIS systems.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters with varying levels of experience.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and internal policies that may impact HR information.
