Responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies and pipelines.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize recruitment strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance employer branding and social media presence.
• Communicate effectively with candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Experience in the beauty or fashion industry is required.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
