The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for delivering strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs. This person is the main point of contact for internal clients and works with senior management to plan and execute the hiring strategy. Under the supervision of talent acquisition leadership, this person will provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters as they network, source and build a pipeline of candidates for positions ranging from director to front line staff with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, quality of hire and consulting. The role requires the ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver strategic and tactical recruiting support for HCSC's talent needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal clients regarding hiring strategies.
  • Work with senior management to plan and execute hiring strategies.
  • Provide management oversight and direction for a team of recruiters.
  • Network, source, and build a pipeline of candidates for various positions.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and quality of hire.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 5 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience or 8 years of full-life cycle talent acquisition experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a position requiring demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Project management work experience on a corporate level.
  • Negotiation skills including vendor agreement experience.
  • Exhibited analytical and organizational skills.
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • Experience with Workday ATS and/or other HRIS systems.
  • Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters with varying levels of experience.
  • Experience in all levels of exempt and non-exempt recruitment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, internal policies and procedures, and organizational changes that may impact HR information.
  • Ability to adhere to HCSC's hybrid work model (3 days in office per week).
