About the position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment strategy and leading the talent acquisition team to attract top talent for the organization. The Manager will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and talent acquisition, with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. In this role, the Manager will collaborate closely with hiring managers across various departments to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. This includes creating job descriptions, identifying the best sourcing channels, and utilizing data analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts. The Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other partners to enhance the talent pipeline. Additionally, the Manager will lead, mentor, and develop the talent acquisition team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. They will implement best practices in recruitment and ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
