About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment efforts for CSS Corp, focusing on attracting high-quality talent and providing strategic thought leadership. This role involves setting benchmarks, analyzing data, and prioritizing recruitment strategies to meet business objectives. The TA Manager will collaborate closely with business leaders to enhance the candidate experience and ensure effective hiring processes across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build, engage, manage, and develop a high-performing sourcing and recruiting team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive sourcing capability across a geographically dispersed team to build diverse candidate pools.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to determine future talent needs and drive sourcing strategies.
  • Set team performance goals, metrics, and a tracking process to measure progress.
  • Lead and participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
  • Implement employer branding projects to enhance the company's image as an employer of choice.
  • Support the diversity and inclusion strategy to promote a diverse workforce.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in contact center recruitment.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and coaching a team of recruiters and sourcers.
  • Proven track record in high volume recruitment.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams of TA professionals.
  • Ability to leverage market and competitor analysis for effective sourcing and assessment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and confidence quickly.
  • Experience developing and executing talent strategies that address complex business needs.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change in a dynamic industry.
  • Ability to set priorities and execute commitments in a changing environment.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders on recruiting strategy and delivery.
  • Proficient in utilizing complex data sets and analytical skills for recruitment metrics.
