About the position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources department as a recruiter, where you will play a crucial role in our recruitment efforts. This position involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, which includes job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You will develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, utilizing various platforms such as job boards, social media, networking, and industry events. In this role, you will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear and timely communication with all candidates. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance our employer branding efforts, promoting Travere Therapeutics as a top employer of choice. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers will be essential, as you will need to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices. You will also be responsible for tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies is critical in all recruitment activities. Additionally, you will lead and manage recruitment-related projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and special initiatives to enhance the talent acquisition function. This position requires a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, diverse, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices.

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant in-house recruitment experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Workday Experience highly preferred, or comparable HRIS.
