About the position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cynosure, LLC is responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies and managing the entire recruitment life cycle for assigned groups. This role requires expertise in recruiting technologies to optimize candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes in a high-volume environment. The position emphasizes building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to align business and talent strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and driving process improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full life cycle recruitment across assigned groups with a sense of urgency.
  • Perform behavioral based and performance-based interviews.
  • Manage strategic relationships within the company ensuring alignment between business strategy and talent strategy.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs and effective sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate virtual hiring events and face-to-face recruiting events when appropriate.
  • Develop and manage a robust program to build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates across various functional areas.
  • Ensure application of best practices for interviewing and structured hiring processes that provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Effectively manage expectations and SLAs with team members and hiring managers.
  • Train new hiring managers in the recruitment process as needed.
  • Conduct and document intake sessions to include market data and service level agreements.
  • Initiate and manage external recruitment partnerships to support hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and calendar management for hiring managers and panel interviewers.
  • Maintain regular tracking of candidates to ensure selection goals are met.
  • Disqualify unqualified candidates in a professional manner.
  • Partner with HR operations to support onboarding for seamless integration.
  • Extend offers/agreements verbally and follow up on all paperwork including contracts and background checks.
  • Track key recruiting KPIs including time to fill and source to hire.
  • Spearhead process improvement initiatives for increased efficiency and cost savings.
  • Support HR Business Partners with ad hoc projects.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal and external communications throughout the engagement.
  • Use social media platforms to consistently brand and promote Cynosure's People First Culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience (3 years of experience).
  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to timely follow-up with candidates.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of recruiting database systems, with experience in Ceridian Dayforce and Salesforce as a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
