About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Shake Shack is a hands-on, full life-cycle recruiting role focused on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for corporate positions at the Home Office. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and strategic planning to support the company's aggressive expansion plans while maintaining a commitment to exceptional hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate recruiting within a fast-paced environment and will assist in employment branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drives recruitment efforts to source and hire top talent for all Home Office support departments.
• Proactively works with cross-functional Hiring Managers to build strong talent pipelines and attract qualified external talent.
• Completes pre-screen and face-to-face or virtual interviews during the hiring process.
• Partners with the Director of Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruiting strategies.
• Assists in executing employment branding initiatives and managing the Shake Shack Brand Ambassador Program.
• Evaluates new recruitment and hiring technologies and partners with external agencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience in the hospitality or related industry.
• Experience conducting searches for positions from entry to executive level.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative work style and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Proficient working with an Applicant Tracking System (Workday or related system).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience managing one or more direct reports.
