About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition at Pharmavite LLC is responsible for building and executing the talent acquisition strategy for the Operations function, aligning with the overall company talent strategy to support growth. This leadership role involves managing a recruiting team, performing hands-on talent acquisition tasks, and ensuring positive experiences for hiring managers, candidates, and new hires. The manager will focus on attracting top talent, driving diversity initiatives, and maintaining a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire the best talent.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for site leadership and critical operations management positions.
  • Drive diversity and inclusive hiring initiatives to ensure diverse candidate slates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define unique recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders including hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Engage, coach, and develop team members, setting high-performance standards.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract diverse talent.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and legislation during recruitment efforts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and apply insights to recruiting plans.
  • Measure and report key performance metrics to inform strategic decision making.
  • Utilize data analysis to adjust recruiting strategies and ensure performance.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to elevate talent acquisition performance.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to promote the employee value proposition.
  • Partner with HRBPs to develop equitable job offers and facilitate the offer process.
  • Drive initiatives focused on Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive recruitment and talent sourcing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in developing high performing recruitment teams.
  • Strong team management and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in leading high performing teams and coaching team members.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience using data analytics to measure and scale talent acquisition efforts.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills and experience with applicant tracking systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Supply Chain, Quality, and Manufacturing roles.
  • Familiarity with Workday and Beamery systems.
