About the position

The Manager of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading teams to attract and hire top talent at Trinity Health. This role will proactively consult with leadership to identify short- and long-term talent needs and design and deploy recruitment strategies ensuring availability of talent aligned with those needs. This role will have oversight of resource allocation, vendor management, and recruitment technologies (ATS).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or closely related field.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years of progressive responsibility in talent acquisition, preferably with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Hospital or related healthcare experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • CIR, PHR/SHRM-CP, or SPHR/SHRM-SCP a plus.
