About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead the recruitment efforts for the organization, focusing on providing exceptional service to both internal partners and candidates. This role emphasizes a consultative approach to attract top talent, manage the full lifecycle of recruiting, and develop innovative strategies to meet the hiring needs of the business. The position is hybrid, based in New York, and involves occasional travel to other facilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience in a high volume, full lifecycle environment.
  • Experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Research and Development preferred.
  • Mix of Agency and In-House experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in networking, sourcing, qualifying, screening, negotiations, and relationship management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
  • Ability to take initiative and build strong relationships across all management levels.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to adapt and contribute positively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting in a high-volume environment, focusing on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Research & Development roles.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business and HR partners to understand hiring needs and provide effective sourcing solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers, and HR business partners, leading recruitment strategy meetings.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on hiring techniques and legal issues related to recruitment.
  • Drive the recruitment process independently while escalating issues as necessary.
  • Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract talent, particularly for the Oxford, NC location.
  • Identify gaps in the talent market and create pipelines to support business needs.
  • Champion Talent Acquisition improvements and drive initiatives for efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Talent Acquisition trends through research and participation in HR conferences.
  • Support miscellaneous Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, including process improvements and development programs.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new applicant tracking system and ensure its proper utilization for accurate reporting.
  • Meet or exceed recruitment-related KPIs and goals set by the team lead.
  • Lead and develop a Senior Recruiter.
