Responsibilities

  • Optimize and enhance recruitment processes by identifying improvements and executing solutions for a streamlined approach.
  • Lead strategic recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to design and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Implement creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across multiple channels.
  • Develop and maintain robust pipelines for critical roles, ensuring a first-class candidate experience.
  • Shape innovative strategies to improve existing recruiting programs and discover new talent.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with business goals.
  • Showcase market expertise by leveraging knowledge of target companies and talent trends.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring effectiveness for all parties involved.
  • Deliver results by building pipelines from scratch when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA)
  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition/full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
