About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Homebridge is responsible for overseeing the agency's recruitment efforts, ensuring a robust and qualified workforce to meet the needs of a high-risk client population. This role involves developing creative recruitment strategies, managing the recruiting staff, and collaborating with leadership to anticipate hiring needs. The position emphasizes inclusivity and equity in the hiring process, while also maintaining compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified staff.
• Ensure an equitable and inclusive selection and hiring process.
• Advise leadership on future growth potential and hiring needs.
• Collaborate on employer branding activities.
• Manage and train recruiting staff on best practices.
• Encourage employee participation in interviewing and outreach activities.
• Evaluate recruitment programs and identify necessary improvements.
• Design and present recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
• Uphold local, state, and federal employment laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for non-profit, healthcare, or home care settings.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices including EEOC, FCRA, and FLSA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog preferred.
