About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified staff.
  • Ensure an equitable and inclusive selection and hiring process.
  • Advise leadership on future growth potential and hiring needs.
  • Collaborate on employer branding activities.
  • Manage and train recruiting staff on best practices.
  • Encourage employee participation in interviewing and outreach activities.
  • Evaluate recruitment programs and identify necessary improvements.
  • Design and present recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  • Uphold local, state, and federal employment laws.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in recruiting for non-profit, healthcare, or home care settings.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices including EEOC, FCRA, and FLSA.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, or Tagalog preferred.
