About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for the effective and timely recruitment and placement of candidates across various levels for Ryan's US locations. This role involves overseeing the recruitment processes, collaborating with business units, and ensuring alignment with the company's values and goals. The Manager will lead a team of recruiters, develop innovative recruiting strategies, and maintain metrics to drive recruitment effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of entry-level and full-cycle recruiters for Ryan US.
  • Provide detailed information to candidates about the company and positions.
  • Manage job requisition and project workload for self and team members.
  • Partner with business units and leadership to meet recruitment needs.
  • Conduct needs analysis with Hiring Managers for current and future needs.
  • Plan and implement effective recruiting strategies to fill key job requisitions.
  • Select efficient sourcing techniques to attract strong talent.
  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process including selection and negotiation.
  • Review resumes and conduct telephone interviews to qualify candidates.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to recruitment practices and processes.
  • Ensure effective use of the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain various recruiting-related metrics as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in full life cycle corporate recruiting.
  • Experience in direct sourcing, networking, and online sourcing techniques.
  • Strong consultative skills to partner with senior managers.
  • Excellent communication skills with credibility and integrity.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System and HRMS, with Workday experience desired.
  • Valid driver's license.

  • Experience in recruiting for Accounting, Tax, or Finance fields.
  • Demonstrated relationship and influencing skills in a complex organization.
