About the position

Skydance is seeking a full cycle Recruiter with a strong background in live action film and television. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment efforts for development, corporate, and technology roles within the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry veterans who are dedicated to creating award-winning content. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from direct sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and finalizing offers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying challenges and working collaboratively with hiring teams to develop effective hiring strategies and job descriptions. The Recruiter will also serve as a branding champion for Skydance, ensuring that hiring managers and interviewers embody the company's culture throughout the hiring process. Additionally, the role involves maintaining data integrity and workflow processes, advocating for both candidates and hiring teams, and representing Skydance at networking events and conferences. Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting and support including direct sourcing, interviewing, and scheduling.
• Partner closely with hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle from developing hiring strategies and job descriptions through offer.
• Advocate for both hiring teams and candidates throughout the hiring process, establishing a high touch and best-in-class experience for all.
• Maintain data, workflow and process integrity.
• Serve as Skydance branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers who represent the company's culture in a meaningful way.
• Proactively identify challenges and work with partners and stakeholders toward resolution.
• Act as an ambassador for Skydance at networking events, conferences, etc.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in Entertainment, particularly in film and television development and production, games and media.
• Must be an early adopter and passionate about games and the digital space.
• Must be client and candidate focused, with an eye for creating a positive candidate experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience working with an ATS, Lever a plus.
• Knowledge of employment-based immigration regulations and best practices.
• Proven ability to utilize innovative sourcing methods to attract and engage with a diverse pool of niche technical talent.
