About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition at OVME is responsible for leading the Talent Acquisition function, focusing on strategy, execution, operations, and branding. This role involves high-volume recruitment across corporate and studio teams, ensuring a world-class candidate experience while hiring exceptional talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a world-class Talent Acquisition strategy to support a hyper-growth business.
  • Lead and ensure an efficient, effective, and consistent high-touch candidate experience from the first point of contact.
  • Build and lead recruitment strategies to fill open positions and create a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Inspire, develop, mentor, and lead the recruiting team.
  • Leverage and maximize recruitment systems to create seamless candidate experiences remotely.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to hiring managers on Talent Acquisition issues.
  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and internal teams to develop internal talent pipelines.
  • Partner with Marketing and Creative to develop and execute employment branding initiatives.
  • Use key talent data to analyze and improve recruiting effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills.
  • Ability to communicate within all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
