Atlantic Health System is actively seeking an innovative Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our nursing and nursing support recruitment team. This role is pivotal in providing leadership to the Talent Acquisition team members and supervisors, ensuring that the department meets its objectives effectively. The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop, communicate, and build consensus for recruitment goals that align with the health system's overall mission and vision. This position requires a strategic mindset, as the manager will offer recruitment advice to hiring managers and talent acquisition professionals, supported by comprehensive employment data. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising team members, managing staff assignments, and guiding the development of sourcing plans. A key aspect of this role is to develop and implement recruiting strategies that address internal drivers around retention issues. The manager will utilize advanced applicant tracking systems, recruiting software, and CRM systems to monitor applicants from the selection phase to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. In addition to overseeing the recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Manager will collaboratively design, implement, and manage strategic sourcing and Talent Acquisition programs. This includes initiatives focused on diversity and inclusion, employer brand marketing, and enhancing the candidate experience. The manager will also develop and track key metrics to evaluate the performance of recruitment programs, compiling and analyzing data on various recruitment activities, including applicant flow, interviews, new hires, and related information in collaboration with site leadership. Fostering a positive, urgent, and collaborative work environment is essential, as is upholding and exemplifying Atlantic Health System's core values in all interactions and decisions. The manager will collaborate with relevant business partners and site human resource leadership to anticipate future staffing and retention needs, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key candidate communities for both short and long-term staffing opportunities. This role also involves cultivating and managing relationships with community groups, agencies, and universities to enhance recruitment efforts. Staying informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques is crucial to leading with state-of-the-art practices in recruitment.
