About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at RREMC Restaurants, LLC is a senior-level professional responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing effective talent acquisition strategies, and enhancing the company's employment branding initiatives. This role requires a strong focus on full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants while also managing recruitment teams and utilizing metrics to improve hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Determining current staffing needs
  • Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Leading employment branding initiatives
  • Sourcing candidates for open positions
  • Conducting recruitment processes
  • Ensuring positive candidate experiences
  • Assisting in employee retention and development
  • Management of UKG Recruitment & Onboarding module
  • Management of recruiting teams
  • Coordinating and participating in career fairs and events
  • Using metrics to analyze recruitment data and identify areas for improvement
  • Performing other work-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
  • Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
  • Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, preferably UKG
  • Excellent Microsoft skills with expertise in Excel
  • Strong recruiting and onboarding administration skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • A leader and strategic thinker
  • BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
  • Must have SCP human resources certification
  • Must have a minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience in Talent Acquisition positions
