About the position

The Recruitment and Onboarding Manager at Protos Security, LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the company's high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across all company functions, contributing to strategic planning, and enhancing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. The manager will lead a high-performing team, develop the employment brand, and ensure compliance with HR laws while fostering relationships within a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, develops, and manages a high-performing recruitment and onboarding team.
  • Establishes the employment brand and develops materials to communicate the value proposition.
  • Drives a culture of continuous improvement in recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Approves recommendations for streamlining recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Ensures a consistent business image through recruiting campaigns and processes.
  • Evaluates department workload to optimize recruitment and onboarding activity.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
  • Examines hiring trends to respond to labor market changes.
  • Utilizes traditional and innovative sources to cover all talent pools.
  • Collaborates with Senior Director of HR on workforce planning requirements.
  • Coaches and develops recruiters and onboarders, supporting their professional growth.
  • Partners with legal department to ensure compliance with recruitment laws.
  • Leverages analytics to grow a data-driven recruiting team.
  • Evaluates and introduces alternative recruiting strategies and technologies.
  • Creates standardized reporting systems for recruitment and onboarding programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior recruiting position, preferably as a lead recruiter.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Experience directly managing recruitment teams and leading talent acquisition efforts.
  • Knowledge of recruiting database systems and rewards programs.
  • Strong understanding of Federal and State HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ATS software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ADP WFN recruitment module.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to delegate effectively.
