About the position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition at Henry Schein One is responsible for overseeing the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent in the dental SaaS technology sector. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to refine recruitment strategies, enhancing the employer brand, and leading a high-performing talent acquisition team. The manager will also focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives, data-driven recruitment processes, and compliance with hiring regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing talent acquisition team and own the talent acquisition strategy & roadmap.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and conduct bi-annual training sessions with hiring managers on recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection to enhance the recruitment experience.
  • Partner with marketing and communications teams to improve employer branding and recruitment materials.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
  • Apply data and insights to track recruitment metrics and refine hiring processes.
  • Serve as a core talent acquisition partner to leaders on staffing needs and recruitment best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring-related legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with ATS and other recruitment technology systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong proficiencies in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and analyze recruitment data for data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional coaching and management skills in hiring and performance management.
  • Experience driving high-impact talent program/process improvements end-to-end.
  • Highly data-driven, using metrics to set and hold team accountable.
