About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager at Southwire Company, LLC is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team to support the company's growing business units. This role focuses on driving innovative recruiting strategies and providing end-to-end support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist team. The manager will partner with hiring managers to implement scalable solutions and ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition team to support business units within Southwire.
  • Drive staffing strategies through innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators.
  • Identify sourcing pipelines and define robust sourcing strategies.
  • Build partnerships with technical institutes, universities, and the military.
  • Establish relationships with third-party vendors for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure exceptional service for clients and candidates across departments.
  • Develop strategies for candidate pipeline development and sourcing.
  • Analyze and hold TA Specialists accountable for key metrics.
  • Perform executive searches as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or Business.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from various resources.
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in recruiting for corporate and multi-site manufacturing or distribution facilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • 9+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Experience with data mining and internet research.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and sourcing candidates.
