About the position

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a crucial role in leading recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing recruitment programs, and ensuring compliance with hiring practices. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive recruiting experience to enhance the talent pipeline and support diversity initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles at all levels of the organization.
  • Develop and lead efforts to expand the pipeline of national talent using creative approaches.
  • Lead campus-based recruiting programs, including evaluation and assessment of program goals.
  • Expand relationships with external organizations to source diverse talent.
  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define and execute key success metrics for Talent Acquisition.
  • Support the implementation of reporting frameworks to evaluate hiring strategy effectiveness.
  • Communicate and coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and develop job-specific behavioral interview questions.
  • Drive projects and initiatives to support the Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Oversee the recruitment, performance management, and career development of Recruiters or other Talent Acquisition team members.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal hiring policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a fast-paced recruiting environment required.
  • Excellent project management and organization skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience running reports and analyzing data in an HR/TA environment preferred.
  • Experience recruiting for Finance, Information Technology, or Sales positions preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with various systems and reporting platforms in Talent Acquisition.
