We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This role requires a result-driven and detail-oriented individual who will focus on driving staffing strategies through innovative recruiting techniques to meet the business needs of our growing business units. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for providing end-to-end support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist team and partnering with leaders and hiring managers within defined business units to implement scalable solutions. This position will also involve identifying sourcing pipelines, defining robust sourcing strategies, and building relationships with technical institutes, universities, and the military to enhance our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Talent Acquisition Specialists, Sources, and/or Coordinators to achieve goals and metrics as defined by organizational and departmental objectives. You will also be responsible for executing, analyzing, and holding the Talent Acquisition Specialists accountable for key metrics such as cost per hire, offers extended, offers accepted, hiring cycle time, quality of hire, and client and candidate satisfaction. Additionally, you will perform executive searches as needed and other duties assigned on a needed basis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the talent acquisition team to support growing business units within Southwire.
  • Drive staffing strategies through innovative recruiting techniques.
  • Provide end-to-end support for the Talent Acquisition Specialist team.
  • Partner with leaders and hiring managers to implement scalable solutions.
  • Identify sourcing pipelines and define robust sourcing strategies using various methods.
  • Build relationships with technical institutes, universities, and the military for recruitment.
  • Establish relationships with third-party vendors for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure exceptional service for clients and candidates across departments.
  • Develop strategies for candidate pipeline development and sourcing.
  • Execute, analyze, and hold TA Specialists accountable for key TA metrics.
  • Perform executive searches on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • 3+ years of management experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from various resources.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and various recruiting platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Experience in recruiting for corporate and multi-site manufacturing and/or distribution facilities.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and filling positions timely.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable recruiting programs and processes.
