The manager will also be responsible for performing system configurations, managing project activities, and providing day-to-day support for the applications and modules in scope. This includes handling tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, and enhancements. Additionally, the role requires a continuous review and optimization of existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other third-party cloud system integrations. The manager will build and lead a high-performance team, executing managerial responsibilities while fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation. This position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least three days a week, and may involve occasional travel within the USA.
