Responsibilities

• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
• Develop and deliver training programs for hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and selection.
• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or human resources management.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
• Familiarity with diversity recruitment strategies.
