About the position

The Manager, Technical Client Success at Curinos is responsible for leading a team of Technical Client Success analysts who serve as subject matter experts on client data and platform configurations. This role involves managing the customization of solutions to meet client-specific needs, analyzing large data sets for insights, and ensuring timely delivery of data and insights to clients. The position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data in business terms, while also advocating for client needs within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Technical Client Success analysts who serve as subject matter experts on clients' data and platform configuration.
  • Configure and customize solutions to meet client-specific data, strategies, and business needs.
  • Mine, clean, and analyze large data sets for trends or insights relevant to Curinos Solutions clients' analysis.
  • Gather, map, and validate data to power analytical platforms.
  • Calibrate and update reports based on a Marketing Mix Model.
  • Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate model performance.
  • Analyze Curinos data to advise on customer acquisition efficiency and effectiveness, identifying how different marketing strategies affect performance.
  • Interact with clients and internal partners to implement and support Curinos' software solutions.
  • Derive and communicate actionable conclusions from complex data.
  • Manage processes and procedures to enable timely and scalable delivery of data and insights to clients.
  • Proactively address client needs for competitive spend insights.
  • Serve as the client advocate by communicating opportunities for product and customer experience improvements to internal partners.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of people management experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience working in SQL or with relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, especially in investigating and resolving data anomalies.
  • Well-developed organizational skills to handle multiple concurrent workstreams; attention to detail.
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities including the ability to develop and interpret complex analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on translating code and/or data into business terms.
  • Ability to work independently in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environment.
