As a Manager in Technical Product Management for Partner Onboarding and Payment Consolidation, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of initiatives, from long-term strategic projects to immediate business needs. Our partners, including developers, music labels, video studios, publishers, and podcasters, are vital to our success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on marquee new features and product launches for our services, including the App Store, Arcade, Apple Music, TV+, News+, Fitness+, iTunes Stores, Books, Podcasts, and more. In this role, you will manage complex technical and business projects under demanding timelines. You will take ownership of the product you ship, communicate effectively, thrive in uncertainty, and strive to bring order to it. Your responsibilities will include crafting and driving the engineering for partner onboarding functions, which encompass digital agreements, banking setup, tax forms, and partner payment features, including reporting, foreign exchange, and payments. This hands-on position involves scheduling and roadmap planning, requirements analysis, functional and technical design discussions, testing, proof-of-concept, and working closely with partners. You will lead a team to ensure high-quality work in designing and translating business goals into technical specifications used during design, development, and quality assurance. As the main point of contact for agreements, partner onboarding, and payment consolidation systems, you will drive technical enhancements, define roadmaps, prioritize projects, and assess new requests. Collaborating with engineering and program managers, you will develop and launch features on time and at scale, ensuring the success of each project by articulating strategy, requirements, and rationale in leadership and cross-functional reviews.
