As the Manager, Technical Product Owner - Sales Enablement, you will be a thought leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail application space. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within an Agile Product-based organizational structure. This role is critical in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives. In this position, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Technical Product Owners (TPOs). You will allocate resources effectively to balance workload and optimize productivity. Collaboration with leadership and stakeholders will be essential to align product strategy with business goals, particularly in CPG/Retail applications. You will create and manage product roadmaps, communicate objectives, schedules, and resource requirements to senior management, and ensure that the product backlog is prioritized according to business needs. Your role will also involve participating in Agile ceremonies to provide guidance and clarify requirements. You will analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive data-driven improvements. Additionally, you will manage the budget and resources effectively, coordinating meetings for product issue resolutions to ensure smooth operations and successful product delivery.
