About the position

As the Manager, Technical Product Owner - Sales Enablement at Mark Anthony Services Inc., you will serve as a pivotal thought leader in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail application space. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution within an Agile Product-based organizational structure. This role is critical in defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving the product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with the overarching business objectives. You will leverage your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and people management skills to drive business value and foster innovation. In this position, you will lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Analysts and Technical Product Owners (TPOs). You will be responsible for allocating resources effectively to balance workload and optimize productivity. Collaboration with leadership and stakeholders will be essential to align product strategy with business goals, particularly in the context of CPG/Retail applications. You will create and manage product roadmaps, communicate objectives, schedules, and resource requirements to senior management, and ensure that the product backlog is prioritized according to business needs. Your role will also involve participating in Agile ceremonies to provide guidance and clarify requirements, analyzing product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive data-driven improvements. Additionally, you will manage the budget and resources effectively while coordinating meetings to resolve product-related issues. This multifaceted role requires a blend of leadership, technical acumen, and strategic insight to ensure the successful delivery of products that meet market demands and enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role managing and mentoring technical teams in an Agile environment.
• Strong track record of successful product ownership, strategy development, and execution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and drive results.
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field preferred.
• CPG experience highly preferred.
• Advanced use of Salesforce preferred.
• Industry certifications such as Trailblazer, Salesforce, and Agile are a plus.
