Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Manager, Technical Product Owner A2R / Test to support product management within the Corporate Business Technology (CBT) organization. This role is pivotal in providing thought leadership and technical domain expertise in SAP S/4 HANA and related technologies. The position will transition to Technical Product Owner Account to Report for SAP Central Finance / S/4Hana after the go-live phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for finance technology products, particularly focusing on testing and cutover during the initial phase of implementation. In the later phase, the role will involve working at the intersection of business and technology to define strategies that align with business objectives and challenges, extending these into development execution, value realization, and ongoing product management. This position is based in New Brunswick, NJ, or Beerse, Antwerp, Belgium, and is eligible for participation in J&J's Hybrid Flex Work program, which allows for a hybrid work schedule of three days in the office and two days remote. This is a duration-based role with a target end date of December 31, 2027. The candidate will be expected to develop and execute test and cutover plans for SAP Finance S/4, Data Hub, and Reporting implementation projects, coordinating and leading cross-functional teams to ensure smooth testing and cutover phases. The role also involves managing the identification and resolution of issues during testing and cutover, maintaining testing schedules, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices and quality standards. The candidate will champion quality assurance and develop reusable processes for multiple SAP deployments, providing leadership and guidance to team members while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to communicate progress and issues. Conducting post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement will also be a key responsibility.
