About the position

As the Manager, Technical Product Owner (TPO) - Supply Chain Logistics, you will play a crucial role in shaping and influencing the product strategy within our Supply Chain subpractice. This pivotal position involves overseeing a critical area of the company within an Agile, product-focused organizational structure. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and prioritizing the product backlog, driving the product vision, and ensuring the delivery of valuable solutions that align with business objectives. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, coupled with exceptional people and stakeholder management skills. In this role, you will guide your team to deliver Logistics and Supply Chain product needs effectively. You will convert the business product vision into a clear, actionable backlog that aligns with technology goals. Managing the critical prioritization of the backlog will be essential, as you will work closely with the scrum team to balance business needs with technical feasibility. Additionally, you will define and evolve the product vision and methodologies, identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment with broader Logistics Value Stream objectives. You will interface directly with business teams, continuously gathering feedback to refine the backlog and ensure it meets evolving needs. As the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders concerning requests from U.S. logistics business units, your role will be integral to the success of our supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Guide your team to deliver Logistics and Supply Chain product needs
  • Convert the business product vision into a clear, actionable backlog that aligns with technology goals
  • Manage the critical prioritization of the backlog, working closely with the scrum team to balance business needs with technical feasibility
  • Define and evolve the product vision and methodologies, identifying new opportunities and ensuring alignment with broader Logistics Value Stream objectives
  • Interface directly with business teams, continuously gathering feedback to refine the backlog and ensure it meets evolving needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all external stakeholders concerning requests from U.S. logistics business units

Requirements

  • 6+ years technical experience in platform/product delivery, with leadership/team management experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong experience with Transportation Management, Order Fulfillment, and Inventory Management applications and processes
  • Proven ability to build key business relationships that foster cross-functional cooperation
  • BS in Computer Science, Information System, Industrial Engineer or similar - Masters is a plus
