About the position

The manager for CEM (Capacity Execution Management) TPMs will lead initiatives related to cloud resource demand forecasting, capacity supply management, strategic cost optimization, and capacity safety initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to operationalize cloud resource allocation, streamline processes, and ensure cost-effective infrastructure management. The position requires a deep understanding of capacity management, resource forecasting, and cloud pricing models, along with hands-on experience in optimizing consumption and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of resource demand forecasts for cloud infrastructure across multiple platforms, including OCI and GCP.
• Analyze and refine internal processes related to capacity management, cloud consumption, and resource provisioning.
• Use historical usage data and predictive analytics to forecast future resource utilization across cloud environments.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize cloud resource consumption and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to define infrastructure strategies that ensure scalability and reliability.
• Leverage knowledge of cloud pricing models to optimize resource usage and minimize costs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across engineering, finance, product, and operations teams.
• Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on cloud infrastructure strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management focused on cloud infrastructure management and capacity planning.
• Proven experience in managing cloud environments at scale, including strong experience with OCI, AWS, Azure, and/or GCP.
• Extensive experience in cloud cost optimization and hands-on experience with cloud vendor pricing models.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, resource provisioning, and capacity management.
• Expertise in using data-driven approaches for cloud resource forecasting and cost management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven forecasting for resource planning and cost optimization.
• Experience in rapidly scaling environments with a focus on performance and cost efficiency.
