About the position

The Manager of Technical Project Management at Nestlé Health Science is responsible for overseeing the execution of Innovation & Renovation (I&R), Total Delivery Cost, and Business Maintenance projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The position emphasizes effective communication, risk management, and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Apply project management tools and skills to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-quality delivery of projects.
• Lead the alignment of strategy and approach for project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing with stakeholders.
• Preventively manage roadblocks and generate risk and mitigation plans.
• Build and manage project schedules, define critical paths, and track activities to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coordinate and facilitate various project meetings, including kick-off and post-launch reviews.
• Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to team members and senior management.
• Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of Nestlé's I&R processes and tools.
• Maintain data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as per policies and procedures.
• Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and program metrics.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate level and understand the work of each cross-functional team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of cross-functional experience in project management, including New Product Development and/or Product Life Cycle.
• Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional groups.
