Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial and leadership experience.
• Experience architecting enterprise applications and databases.
• Knowledge of load balancing, horizontal scalability, and high availability.
• Experience with containers and server-less technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices, and API Strategy.
• Strong working knowledge of software development technologies for high-volume solutions.
• Experience with Smart / FHIR implementations.
• Experience developing fault-tolerant distributed systems is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of Agile Software Development mechanics.
• Background in Service Oriented Architecture and microservices architecture implementation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage technical teams.

• Experience with performance management of technical teams.
• Familiarity with service versioning and backward compatibility.
