The Manager, Ticketing & Event Marketing position at Harford Community College is designed to oversee the ticketing operations for the College and its clients while providing essential marketing support for events and facility rental sales on campus. The Manager will work closely with the Director to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored for shows, facility rental promotions, and other departmental needs, all while adhering to the brand identity established by HCC's Communications Department. In addition to managing ticketing operations, the Manager will be responsible for front-of-house coverage during events, ensuring that attendees receive top-notch customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle special projects as they arise. The Manager will also play a key role in promoting events through various marketing channels, including social media, to enhance visibility and attendance. This is an exempt, professional staff position that requires regular on-campus work, including evenings and weekends based on the event schedule.
